We’ll start at Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum to delve into the inspiring legacy of ‘Uncle Ho’, Vietnam’s beloved former leader. Next, a visit to his traditional stilt house nearby will provide insights into his presidential years during wartime. Following our exploration is the unique architecture of One Pillar Pagoda, shaped like a lotus blossom. Remember to dress respectfully, covering your knees and shoulders when you visit any spiritual or cultural sites. Our guide then takes you to the Temple of Literature, hailed as Vietnam’s first university, with doctoral steles dating back 1000 years.

Afternoon:
We’ll hop aboard a cyclo and meander through the bustling streets of the Old Quarter, passing by vibrant shops and street food stalls. Our journey concludes at Hoan Kiem Lake, home to Ngoc Son Temple on Jade Island, accessed via the iconic The Huc Bridge. Afterwards, the day is yours to explore!

After breakfast, we’ll leave Hanoi early for a scenic 5-hour drive through the countryside and mountains to reach Sapa in Northwest Vietnam. Locatd atop a stunning valley, Sapa boasts a refreshing mountain climate, while its surroundings feature picturesque hills, terraced rice fields, and villages inhabited by different ethnic minority communities.

Afternoon:
Upon arrival, shake off that morning travel fatigue and savor a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Later, we’ll have a scenic drive to Ta Phin commune. Situated within a vast valley, beneath towering mountains of pine trees and forests, Ta Phin is the home of Red Dao and Black H’mong ethnic groups. Here, you’ll enjoy a leisurely stroll along village paths, exploring H’mong hamlets spreading from the valley floor to higher mountain slopes.Then, we proceed to the Red Dao village, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet local women crafting various handicrafts, including embroidered clothing and handbags. Finally, we return to Sapa town.

Follow the river to Lao Chai Village, surrounded by mountains, making it one of Sapa’s most picturesque villages. We pause for a break at a local roadside eatery, savoring delicious specialties while gazing out at the stunning village scenery.

Afternoon:
Our final stop is Ta Van Village, home to the Giay ethnic minority hill tribe. Today we’ll conquer the highest peak in Vietnam, Fansipan Mountain. In the past, reaching the summit required two days of hard trekking, but now, thanks to the world’s longest cable car route, we can reach the ‘Roof of Indochina’ in just 15 minutes. As you board the cabin, you’ll soar above lush rice terraces and rugged cliffs, marveling at the breathtaking views through the expansive windows. Upon reaching the station, you’ll have the option to ascend the highest point via 630 stairs or a funicular rail. Once at the top, it’s time to capture the panorama of cloud-covered peaks stretching to the horizon.

Afternoon:
After lunch time, we return to the city centre of Hanoi. You can leisurely stroll through the charming old streets, enjoying the lively atmosphere of bustling locals. If you prefer a quieter vibe, our guide can lead you to tiny alleys tucked between street vendors, where you’ll discover the city’s hidden gems – secret upstairs cafes. Treat yourself to Hanoi’s renowned coffee while watching the scooters go by on the street below.

Once the captain sets sail, it’s time to fill your tummy with a delicious lunch and feast your eyes with odd-shaped limestone pillars and hidden coves along the way.

Afternoon:
A bamboo boat awaits to cruise you to Pearl Farm, where you can go kayaking for a closer look at the majestic limestone formations. Then, you’ll be gently transferred to Sung Sot Cave, or Surprise Cave, one of Ha Long Bay’s largest caverns adorned with magnificent stalactites and stalagmites. When the sun sets, head back to the cruise for a breathtaking view from the top deck, followed by a traditional Vietnamese cooking class. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner and an overnight stay amidst the exotic landscape of Ha Long Bay.

After breakfast, we’ll head to the airport for a flight to Da Nang, often known as ‘Vietnam’s best living city’. Our friendly driver will warmly welcome you upon arrival and take you to the city centre. Our first stop is Linh Ung Pagoda, where Vietnam’s tallest Goddess of Mercy Statue is located. From there, you’ll be treated to an incredible panoramic view of the entire Son Tra Peninsula, complete with stunning beaches stretching into the distance. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

Afternoon:
We will head to the magnificent Marble Mountains. The mountains have a harmonious blend of structures and nature, with caves, tunnels, towers, and pagodas. Sure, you’ll have to tackle a few flights of stairs to reach the summit, but the breathtaking panoramas make every step worth it. Later, we’ll spend some time leisuring at My Khe Beach. Afterwards, you can spend the rest of the day at your own pace. Why not indulge in some delicious seafood in Da Nang? This coastal city is a haven for fresh sea produce, promising you a delightful dinner by the breezy seaside.

Once you reach the top of Ba Na Hills, get ready for a whole complex of fun activities suitable for all ages.

Afternoon:
It’s time to explore the charming recreated French Village, complete with old houses, churches, and castles that pay tribute to Ba Na’s discovery by the French in the early 1900s. Then, brace yourself for thrills at the Fantasy Park, Vietnam’s largest indoor amusement park, with a lot of adrenaline-pumping games. Did you know this 400-year-old farm village actually supplies organic veggies for all Hoi An and its neighboring areas? When you arrive, get your hands dirty and learn the age-old art of cultivating and harvesting veggies alongside skilled farmers. Then, head to a local family’s home for a cooking class, where you’ll whip up your own traditional Hoi An lunch using freshly picked veggies from the village.

Afternoon:
After lunch, your tour guide will take you on an orientation walk around the UNESCO-listed Old Town. Afternoon:
It’s time to discover some of the most iconic spots in HCMC! We’ll embark on insightful history tours at the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum, which document significant milestones of Vietnam’s history, particularly the war period from 1955 to 1975. Following this, we’ll visit the Central Post Office, renowned for its stunning colonial French architecture with elements of Gothic and Renaissance styles. Afterwards, the day is all yours to explore the hustle and bustle of HCMC!

Morning:
Journeying out of the city, we head to Ben Tre in Mekong Delta, famously known as ‘Vietnam’s coconut kingdom’! Did you know it produces 40% of the country’s coconuts? On arrival, we’ll have a ride on a motorized rickshaw to discover how the locals have been subsisting on coconut for generations. Our first stop is a cottage industry in Phong Nam, where you’ll see coconut shells being separated to make charcoal and coconut flesh being used for delicious desserts. Then, it’s time for a boat ride along Chet Say Canal, watching coconuts being transferred by boat while we’re sipping fresh coconut water. Next up, we’ll visit Nhon Thanh, famous for its traditional mat weaving from sedge plants. You can even try your hand at making a mat with the help of a craftsman. Savor your lunch at a local restaurant filled with Mekong specialties.

Afternoon:
We’ll hop on a sampan boat to glide through coconut groves along the maze of small canals, a hallmark of the Mekong Delta. You can also test your balance on the monkey bridge, named for the playful postures travelers make while crossing these bamboo poles.
